Sunset Villas

Sunset Villas is a lawfully established/permitted (formerly Harry's Fishing Lodge, est. 1960) transient public lodging establishment that is licensed and inspected by the State of Florida (Last DBPR Inspection, 8/17/23). We meet or exceed all State of Florida requirements under Chapter 509 of the Florida Statutes, including but not limited to, life safety, fire safety, sanitation and waste management. Our gated property also provides 24 hour on-site management, and has an absolute maximum occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. Rest assured your stay with us will be safe, quiet and more enjoyable than a vacation rental. Also please note that we do not allow jet skies or unregistered guests at our location.
