Capt. Dexter Simmons has been fishing the subtropical waters of the Bahamas and the Florida Keys for nearly 40 years now, since the mid 1980's. Established as a Key West Fly Fishing guide since the early 1990's, Capt. Dexter Simmons considers Fly Fishing and flats fishing charters a labor of love. He has developed a strong following among angler clients in search of the elusive grand slam of flats fly fishing: catching a Tarpon, a Bonefish and a Permit on the same day. Early in his career, Capt. Dexter Simmons guided an angler to a grand slam during the Hemingway Key West Flats Tournament. Capt.
